Panama’s Irving Saladino, Long Jump World Champion is an Agent of Peace
The maximum award given by Panama’s National Assembly of Deputies, the Justo Arosemena medal (sports version) was awarded by the President of the National Assembly in a solemn session to Long Jump World Champion, Irving Saladino Aranda, a native of the city of Colón.
Prior to the joyful grand event and the celebration of the Panamanians, volunteers of AMISRAEL - The Messenger of Peace and Deputy Dalia Bernal, who is also an Agent of Peace, met with Irving Saladino in one of the offices of the Parliament and discussed with him the objectives, events and achievements globally obtained by the Agents of Peace campaign in the area of sports in almost every country, and specifically in Brazil (since he currently resides in Sao Paulo).

Irving, subsequent to hearing what a great source of inspiration he can be for the Panamanian youth and grateful for the noble work that AMISRAEL is undertaking, registered as an Agent of Peace; because sports is an avenue through which AMISRAEL promotes peace among the world.
