Hundreds of people from the Coquimbo region register for the campaign, among which the Major Marta Lobos who said: “We hope that many people gather in this great journey to spread peace and non violence. You make a great difference through the work you have been doing and we wish these messages of peace can reach our youngster.””
The group Inti-Illimani, nationally renowned in terms of culture and folk dance, also took parto n the event. He said: “The most precious thing in the struggle for peace is the road we travel to get to it, it’s raising our awareness and joining others towards this common goal. The most precious in all activities is that people become aware and decide to fight for peace.”
The Lehaket dance group from AMISRAEL presented hebrew dances and gave white doves to the authorities present at the event, as a token of the peace the whole world longs for.
In the same day, in the city of Concepción, AMISRAEL celebrated the anniversary of the campaign in a solidarity journey with needy kids. The group of volunteers The Dolls” ( Las Muñecas) helped to cheer up the event with songs and dances. At the end, the children were given donations of food.
